Both athletes and parents can participate in the 30-minute clinic to learn what to do at home to help improve skills, techniques, and accelerate progress through your gymnastics career. The skills learned in these clinics can improve the health and physical fitness of gymnasts and non-gymnasts alike.

$20 for members – $30 for non-members

Learn the proper way to improve flexibility. Work with us to improve your gymnast skills and grace, reduce injury, and eliminate deductions during competitions.
