At Home Gymnastics Clinics

Athlete and parent will both participate in the 30-minute clinic to learn what to do at home to help improve their gymnastics and accelerate progressions through their gymnastics career. The skills learned in these clinics can improve the health and physical fitness of gymnasts and non-gymnasts alike.

$20 for members – $30 for non-members

Learn the proper way to improve flexibility. Work with your gymnast to help gain flexibility to improve skills, reduce injury, and eliminate deductions during competitions.
